What you carry
Shame & Anger
Where does anger or frustration live in your body right now, and what is it protecting?
The hardest stretch, and the one to slow right down on. There is nothing to be got through here and no catharsis to chase. If it becomes too much, close this and come back another day — that is not failure, it is the practice.
Smaller cues, if the question is too big to start on
- Where do you feel it, physically?
- What sits underneath it?
- What is the story you tell yourself afterwards?
- What would it need in order to settle?
You can write nothing. That is allowed. This page has no box to fill — the real walk will not nag you if a stretch stays empty.
